RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

 

Please follow the instructions on returning your item(s) within 15 days of receipt to the address below. Include your order # on the outside of the package.

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with the tags attached.  Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable, and will be denied.

RETURN PROCESSING

Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed.  Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days). Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable.  Credit will not be issued for the following:

  • Intimates, bodysuits or swimwear
  • SALE ITEMS
  • MARKED DOWN ITEMS OF ANY KIND
  • All vintage items, including purses, belts hats and jewelry
  • All jewelry

*free shipping on new exchange orders is eligible for orders shipped USPS priority mail within the United States, exchanges can be made within 15 days of receipt. Offer not available for international orders.
